The CRA boundary encompasses the Downtown Historic District, East Winter Garden, and the East Plant Street corridor terminating at the SR 429. The rendering above shows a glimpse of the future redevelopment of the Historic East Winter Garden Neighborhood. The rendering is of Bay Street looking east. Currently, a conceptual streetscape design is being developed that was funded by the CRA.
